Washwater Recycle System 195k
Our new Electro-Pulse technology provides for maintenance free operation

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

  • CORE TECHNOLOGY: Electro-pulse
  • FLOW RATE OPTIONS: 5 GPM - 50 GPM (single system)(Higher flow rates available using multiple system configurations).
  • CONTAMINANTS:
  • POWER REQUIREMENTS: 208/230 single or three phase (other options could apply)
  • INSTALLATION: US/Canada
APPLICATION OVERVIEW:
  • Car and truck washes can vary widely in application and flow rate. From lower water demand applications like the picture above to the high flow rate extremes such as auto auctions and tunnel car washes. The elements in car washes are multiple kinds of soaps, waxes, carpet cleaning, engine degreasing, under carrage/ wheel wells, etc. The electro-pulse systems remove suspended solids, metals, and BOD to recycle or discharge levels.
  • TREAT AND DISCHARGE: Typical treat and discharge systems would consist of the electro-pulse system and perhaps ozone injection if BOD is a concern.
  • RECYCLE: A typical water recycle installation will include an electro-pulse system, 50 psi pressure system, ozone injection for odor control, pH adjust for ph stabilation, appropriate tanks and clean water overflow.

We have multiple systems supporting the car wash industry. Please contact us at (800)943-6495 for additional inforation.
